Information we collect
Tyre Titans may collect information that a parent, guardian, adult participant, or customer voluntarily provides when requesting training, booking a session, signing a waiver, contacting us, or requesting merchandise. This can include names, contact information, participant age, training preferences, waiver acknowledgments, electronic signatures, merchandise selections, and payment status or transaction references.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide training, manage capacity, document waivers, communicate about bookings, process or confirm payments, fulfill merchandise requests, and operate the Tyre Titans business.
Payments
When credit-card payments are enabled, card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by Tyre Titans. Manual payment methods such as Zelle or Cash App are handled through those providers.
Youth participants
Tyre Titans primarily expects parents or guardians to provide booking and waiver information for participants under 18. We ask users not to submit unnecessary sensitive or medical information through general contact forms.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and business systems, including hosting, database, email, domain, and payment providers. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and security
We retain business records for as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer service, legal, accounting, safety, and operational purposes. We use access controls and server-side systems intended to prevent public access to private booking, waiver, contact, and order records.
Photo and video permission
Promotional photo/video permission is presented as an optional choice in the electronic waiver. Declining that option does not prevent a participant from requesting training.
