Training and participation
Training availability, location, session format, capacity, and pricing are shown at booking or confirmed by Tyre Titans. Participation in sports training and conditioning involves inherent risk. A completed participant waiver is required before participation.
Payment
Payment is required before a scheduled session. The website may offer credit/debit card, Zelle, or Cash App depending on current availability. Card transactions, when enabled, are processed through Stripe. A separate Waxahachie Gymnastics Center facility fee may apply to athletes who are not enrolled at that facility; that fee is paid to the gym separately and is not a Tyre Titans training charge.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is strongly preferred. Multi-session packages are non-refundable, and sessions must be completed within the designated package or monthly time period.

Waiver and electronic signature
A participant waiver must be acknowledged and signed electronically before a published training session can be reserved. A parent or guardian should sign for a participant under 18; an adult participant may sign for themselves. The optional photo/video permission choice is separate from the required risk and payment acknowledgments.
Merchandise requests
The merchandise section is an order-request workflow, not an automatic purchase checkout. Displayed merchandise pricing is sample pricing unless an order is explicitly confirmed. Customers submit product, logo, color, size, quantity, and contact preferences; Tyre Titans then follows up with final pricing, payment, availability, and next steps.
